This is my 28 day Mastery of Self diary for 2012.

Thoughts and lessons from the initial course I took in June 2010 and the re-cap in January 2011 can be found here. Over these next 28 days I will share any new found revelations plus the comments section will become a repository for all my fellow course Recappers insights.

My thoughts from past coursework:

2010 course – The true source of power is a Greater Power. My SELF is tapped into this power.

2011 recap – I consciously tap into my Greater Power to draw strength and guidance from to dissolve or transform any false beliefs I have. Then I move further towards my Higher Purpose.

2012 recap

I Am POWER

If I am not as powerful as I want then I go to a quiet/still space and ask

2011 recap – Strong desire and purpose creates willingness. Masters voluntarily and gratefully surrender their free will to a Greater Power.

2012 recap

My Greater Power is free therefore I Am free

My thoughts from past coursework:

2010 course – Faith is a belief in something I can’t see or detect with my five senses. It uses my my Sixth Sense of intuition and imagination. Increasing my ability to exercise faith is a process. As I experiment my faith and see results my TRUST in the process increases. To live my Higher Purpose my TRUST in a Divine Plan is crucial.

2011 recap – TRUST IS FAITH IN ACTION. My Trust brings me inner peace because I believe that everything is going according to a Divine Plan, regardless of appearances.

2012 recap

Faith is grounded in a belief. Trust is the action I take in following this belief. The more positive feedback I gain from trusting a belief the more faith I have in the belief.

My thoughts from past coursework:

2010 course – True surrender is always followed by action with Divine Will

2011 recap – Surrender is an ongoing process that reoccurs with every event in life as the ‘separated self’ continually surrenders to and aligns with Higher Will or is released.

2012 recap

I have free will to choose to surrender to Higher Will

Be gratitude all day in every moment

My thoughts from past coursework:

2010 course – In order for THE SELF to guide me I must consciously ask for guidance. I make choices that move me toward my Higher Purpose.

2011 recap – I am either consciously choosing or falling into automatic programming of the non-concious mind. I am accountable for my actions whether I am conscious of them or not.

2012 recap

When I choose an action I put a cause in motion that creates an effect for which I am accountable.

I noticed that I have a ‘habit’ of turning to e-mail just as a task I am midway through starts to become challenging. I have decided that at these moments I will resist the temptation to lose focus and instead sit quietly asking for guidance.
