Having been introduced to meditation through Adyashanti’s books/audio I discovered that the time I gave to ‘sitting’ was a bit boring and while I found my thoughts quietening the whole expeience was a bit of a chore. I didn’t look forward to meditation.

Thankfully a trader friend introduced me to binaural beat audio as a possible aid. The audio requires the use of headphones and consists of different low frequencies being played in each ear. These low frequencies ‘entrain’ the brain into meditative states.

Since incorportating the Equisync audio into my practice I have found:

1. A genuine motivation to meditate each day.

2. Moments of quiet mind and a subtle dream state.

3. Moments of dropping into a blissful and more enlightened state during meditation.

4. A very relaxed state after meditation.

Each audio sequence lasts about 22 minutes and the time seems to go by in a shot…
