Self Mastery… 2012 Recap… Day Fifteen – Surrender

30 January, 2012

This is my 28 day Mastery of Self diary for 2012.

Thoughts and lessons from the initial course I took in June 2010 and the re-cap in January 2011 can be found here. Over these next 28 days I will share any new found revelations plus the comments section will become a repository for all my fellow course Recappers insights.

My thoughts from past coursework:

2010 course – True surrender is always followed by action with Divine Will

2011 recap – Surrender is an ongoing process that reoccurs with every event in life as the ‘separated self’ continually surrenders to and aligns with Higher Will or is released.

2012 recap

I have free will to choose to surrender to Higher Will

Be gratitude all day in every moment

In the Transformational Meditation Model, there exists three versions of “you.”
1. You, the Higher Self (spiritual being)
2. You, the Captain of the ship (conscious mind)….the chooser who has free will
3. You, the lower self (little i). That aspect that is separated, in illusion, limited

We cause the little “i”s to surrender their faulty programs, and eventually eliminate them (elimination of you #3)
We take our free will and give it up to the Higher Self (eliminate of you#2)
That leaves only YOU, the Higher Self, who is actually WHO YOU ARE. When that occurs, we could refer to it as “God Realization” and that renders the need for surrender obsolete.
